Bought a car from here a few months ago and recently encountered a problem with my fuel gauge. I’m absolutely CLUELESS when it comes to cars, and just wanted it fixed. Most other garages I spoke to said it would have been upwards of a £250 job…think they were picking up on the fact I had no idea what I was talking about. These guys told me how to fix the problem myself, no charge, but if it still didn’t work to get back in touch. Low and behold, it worked a dream and my car is fixed. Brill service and can tell they actually care about the customer and aren’t trying to take advantage!

Recently purchased a car from here and very happy with the whole service. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived and handed the keys to all the cars we were interested in. The selection of cars to browse through was very good, and we were able to test drive. Danny was really helpful, we didn’t feel pressured at all as he let us look around at our own pace and answered all our questions and offered advice. The car was immaculately clean when we collected it, and he made sure it was taxed and MOT’d before we left. I would not call it five star service but yes fairly good level of service, willing to give you any car for test drive means these guys know their cars , i went to buy a mercedes a180 but upon test drive i didn’t like that car and asked for another car , dan suggested golf instead which was actually much better and a lot cheaper than a180 , one thing i liked about sales team that they wouldn’t pressure you into buying a car from them, you go there drive a car , buy it or leave it your choice.. my golf is so far so good and i hope that it keeps going

Recently purchased a car from here, experience overall was great. I had originally put a deposit on a different car but on arriving to view the car it wasn't ready, the garage were honest enough to let me know this and said they couldn't let me drive it away knowing it needed further investigation.
Understanding my situation of needing a car by the weekend and having travelled quite a distance to come view they went above and beyond to help ( I needed a 7 seater ). They looked at the stock they had in and offered me a different car transferring my deposit to this one. It wasn't a model I had considered, but I love it and much prefer it to the original car I went to view.
Just today I called back in due to the handbrake making some noises, they very thoroughly checked everything for me and cleaned the breaks which seems to have really helped.
Thank you for all your help, I will be back when I'm ready to downsize to a smaller car
